[Steppes] no hospitaler at business meeting either

The Hospitaler won't be able to attend either.  I will be forwarding a short
report to our Seneschal.  If you were expecting to get funds from me, then
you were barking up the wrong tree.

I will not be able to attend business meeting this evening.  Unfortunately,
no one has stepped up to serve as my deputy so I can't get the checkbook to
the meeting either.  
 
If you are in need of funds, please let me know and a meeting can be
arranged at a later date to get a check to you.  I'm sorry if this has
caused any inconvenience.
