[Steppes] Fighter practice/work day

Sorry for the late notice on this but at business meeting we decided
that we would hold work days at the park with fighter practice.
I believe that Wihtric will have the shields out there for us to work
on today, so come out and be ready to paint!
He's also willing to let people take blanks home to work on, so if you
can't be out there for the practice but have time to stop by, please
do!
