[Steppes] Business Meeting Location

Greetings, Populace of the Steppes!

I have a reservation made for Monday's meeting... I tried to pick a location
central to our coverage area but we can certainly change it going forward,
if it proves to be too inconvenient for those that must attend.  Remember
that we will be discussing SCA changes and last-minute details for 12th
Night.  I hope to see you all there!
