[Steppes] archery practice 12/12/10

Yes there is going to be archery practice this Sunday at the 
Texins Archery Range from 1PM to 3PM.  Deputy archery marshal 
Sir Lasgaard shall be the marshal in charge and Baroness 
Francesca is hosting.  Shall make more detailed official post 
as soon I can get a few minutes free to look some information 
up.
