[Steppes] Steppes Heavy Fighter Practice, take two

Greetings All,

I apologize for the previous message.  I accidentally hit "Send" when I
meant to hit "Save to Drafts".

Beginning on March 2, 2010, the official Steppes Heavy fighter practice will
be held at Tietze Park ( 2700 Skillman, Dallas, Texas ) in Dallas.   It will
be held every Tuesday night between 7pm and 9pm. This is a change from the
current Sunday practice at Mary Heads Carter park, where practices will
continue to be held through Sunday, February 28th.
