Hello Everyone,

As announced at business meeting, this year's All-Con is taking place March
12 - 14.

Our goal this year is to create a more interactive experience at our dealer
table. We are already working on several ideas that will help draw
attention and encourage attendees to sit with us for a while. I will have
more on that as plans develop. But, if you have any ideas please send them
my way.

We have the following panel rooms:

Friday 3/12:

5pm-6pm Trinity VII - Lecture

7pm-8pm Chinaberry - Fighting Demo (open floor)

Saturday 3/13:

11am-noon Elm - Lecture

3pm-4pm Chinaberry - Fighting Demo (stage set)

5pm-6pm Pecan - Lecture

Sunday 3/14:

10am-11am Trinity VII - Lecture

Noon-1pm Chinaberry - Fighting Demo

We already have volunteers to teach belly dancing and to host a Ceilie
(Irish dancing). If you are interested in teaching a class or hosting a
panel discussion, please let me know ASAP. We have to have the class
schedule submitted by February 15!

I also would like to invite all of our fighters, heavy and light (I am
talking technique here, not weight), to come and play. Going to war and
fighting our enemies is only have of our responsibility to our Kingdom. We
also need to constantly recruit new fighters to keep our ranks strong, so
our King has a great army to command. I understand this demo takes place
right as we get ready for war, but if you can spare even an hour for a
fighting demo, it would help a lot.

This is one of the biggest regular demos in the area. Please come out and
support us, even if all you want to do is dress up and walk around. We
didn't receive many free passes this year. I will be buying a few more out
of pocket to help. But, free passes will be reserved for those committed to
helping at the demo. If you want to come and contribute, but cannot afford
the admission, please let me know and I will try to help.

I will post information as it becomes available. In the mean time, here is
