[Steppes] New Successors to the Oaken Throne

[Seneschal of the Steppes]

In Her Majesties court at Kingdom A&S, she announced that the
successors to the Oaken Throne are Master Duncan Hepburn and Mistress
Genevieve de Courtanvaux.

Thanks to HL Ekaterina Iadorovna Kharlampieva, Sir Lasguaard Aglanar
the Red Fox and Lady Lyneya de Grey for being willing to serve and put
their hats in the race. It was a positive race and I'm proud of our
beloved Barony.
