[Steppes] Rapier Practice next Tuesday -- y'all come!

We have two out-of-kingdom guests planning to attend next Tuesday.  Lord Thomas of Effingham is coming in from the Midrealm, and Prince Edward Gray is coming in from the East.  (We could have our own little Pennsic.)

This is a great time for everyone to come out.
