Greetings all, 

Our Sunday's official Steppes archery practice for Sept.1st has 
been canceled due to the predicted heat advisory.  We agree 
with that decision and shall not be holding an archery practice.
We all know all too well how miserable it can become out on that 
range when weather is hot and there's no breeze at all.  But if 
you wish to go out anyway, well that's your call.  

As an alternative, I plan to hold our combat archery training 
session on the covered patio at my house between 2PM & 
5PM tomorrow, you are more than welcome to come join us 
and socialize during that time.  Bring camp chairs, mugs, and 
snacks are always welcome.  I'll have tea & ice water, if you 
prefer something else bring it.  It will be warm but I'll have 
several fans to keep the air moving.  

The location is 2325 Cody Drive (not far from Eastfield), you 
can take St. Frances north from 30/20 east until you reach 
Banquo and turn left, drive about a block and turn right on 
Cody, we're the third house on the left.  Look for the Black 
Dragon banner.  Just come around the right side of the 
garage its open and we're right there.  If you get lost just 
call 214-779-0777.
