OK its going to be a little chilly & a bit breezy this morning so dress
appropriately.  Should be sunny and warm up to the mid-sixties by
around noon, so I'd say we're good to go for archery practice!

So we'll plan to start sometime around 10 AM on the old Eastfield
archery range next to the tennis courts a few blocks north of the
I-30/Motley overpass on Motley Drive in Mesquite.

We hope to see you there!

Regards,

HL William Black Dragon
Interim Archery Marshal for the Steppes

Greetings all,

Ironwyrm here, I pray all whom journeyed east have returned safe,
well & have healed up a bit!  The weather fairies claim we shall
have a nice day on Sunday for archery practice and apparently
some have brought their enthusiasm back from Gulf War.  I have
had a request for an IKAC for this practice.  I can only respond
with "well why not"!?!

So that's the plan, the IKAC does take a while to complete but we
should have a good day for it, if a bit breezy.  I have one, maybe
two archery marshals in training to help.  Sounds like a great day
to get some
scores submitted.  Should the IKAC prove to be a bit
grueling for you at least you'll get to pull a royal round for submission.

Come early, bring your camp chairs &
 enough drinks and/or snacks
to get you through the four hours, and just for fun lets do period dress
as well! (no other weapons please)

Looking forward to having a good archery practice to get us warmed
up for the coming tournament season.  Come for practice, come to
learn or just come and enjoy yourselves!  Hope to see you there!

Regards,

HL William Black Dragon
Interim Archery Marshal for the Steppes

BTW, as always check this list Sunday morning for the confirmation
post as to the field conditions prior to coming out.  With our spring
weather here in Ansteorra you just never know what it shall be until
just hours
 before!
