Don't forget, not only is the house close to fighter practice, but it is close to the Steppes storage facility.  And, there is a large workshop in the back.  Easy access to Bush Turnpike, Dallas North Tollway and I-35E.  We have already had some interest expressed.

For those of you who may not be aware, we have to move to
Colorado this June due to John's current job relocation, and we need to sell our house hopefully before that time.  We will have Ebby Halliday realtor's
selling our house and the walk-throughs should be in May.  Our's is a
large corner lot in Carrollton, 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath, 2 car garage, outdoor workshop (barn style) and large living room and large backyard. is close to the Green Belt Park, where there is a beautiful creek, and is 2-3 miles from Mary Heads Carter
Park, 2320 Heads Ln., where Steppes fighter practice is held from 2pm
to 6pm on Sundays.
It is also close to the storage facility for the Steppes equipment (on Kelly) which is less than a mile away.
