[Steppes] Steppes Digest, Vol 1108, Issue 30

I know that the hour is very very late, but I have had a newcomer pop up at this VERY last minute who wishes to attend Steppes Warlord on Sunday.  Will there be any loaner garb on site by chance?  I think I have an extra tunic if not, but I'll have to dig for it.  Any information either way would be appriciated.
