[Steppes] multi-voting continues tonight

If you missed the brainstorming/multi-voting forum we had at populace
meeting, there's another opportunity to make your opinions and concerns be
heard.

We will be bringing the idea board tonight to business meeting, and everyone
that comes and wants to gets to cast their multi-votes on the ideas that
were listed at populace regarding the future projects/directions/use of
resources.

This is in addition to the regular business that happens at meetings.
