[Steppes] forum updates

[Webminister of the Steppes]

If you've registered on the forums and were entitled to special roles, I
have gone through this morning and updated groups. So if you're an Artisan,
Officer, Entourage, or Oak you should see new forum sections available to
you. If you should have access to one of these and I missed you, please let
me know. There is also a forum created for the *upcoming* Baronial Guard, so
if you are interested in that let us know and we will get you added to that
forum also.

Right now Lady Susanna and myself are admins/moderators. We both have
extensive experience with phpBB and are excited about this new medium of
communication being made available to the Steppes. We would like this forum
to be useful to anyone who wants to use it. If you want a forum or feature
added that you don't see let us know.
