[Steppes] Steppes Newest Youth Fighter

 Greetings all! 

On behalf of the Steppes Youth Marshalls I am proud to annouce our barony has 
added one more fighter to our young army! On Sunday afternoon the Central 
Regional Youth Marshall Germanicus de Atlan visited our regular fighter practice 
and certified our own (soon to be) Deputy Youth Marshall's son, Skolmir. Didn't
