[Steppes] OT - Class Project

I am requesting permission from those who have taken photos for SCA events and have posted them online if I could please have permission to use some of those photos. I have to create a Thematic Lesson Plan/Unit for my Curriculum & Instruction in English class. I am doing it on the Renaissance and am covering the following topics:

Clothes
Fighting - Heavy, Siege, Light & Ranged/Thrown
Food & Drink
Arts & Sciences - Including Calligraphy & Illumination, Jewelry Making, etc.
Device/Name/Heraldry - Including Nobility, Peerage information, Ranks, etc.
Dancing & Music - Types and where located

Hopefully when I am student teaching, it can be used as an actual 6 week thematic unit (next fall) and hopefully we can arrange a Fun Friday setup where people come and see demonstrations and such.

So I will be looking for information on non-alcoholic drink types, and various foods that would not have things like nuts in them so that if there are any allergies with children, I would not have to worry about that. 

I would like to speak if possible to some of the fighters in the various fields for information about what I should present in my lesson plan. Each of these items would cover one week in the unit.  So this is a 6 week unit. I expect that it will be fairly extensive. :) 

Please, if you can help me with any information about any of this at all that you would allow to be put into my class presentation and used for educational purposes. Let me know.
