OK, so I've scoured my local Walmart with no luck.  Where do you find a Seal-a-meal machine?  I like the concept of boil-in-bag and would like to give it a try.
 
Also, would it be better to make boil-in-bag breakfast burritos w/o the tortilla or with?  I've heard that the tortilla can get soggy; I was wondering if the second cooking time would make the eggs hard/rubbery.
