[Steppes] regarding the spam on the Steppes forums

I've cleaned up the latest burst of russian viagra ads and everything
else spamish that was there. I've also made some changes to the
registration process that should make it a lot tougher for spambots to
get registered, as well as hopefully stopping the ones that do sneak
through from posting any nastygrams.

If you registered an account there in the last 2 weeks and the account
is gone, I apologize. I tried to catch all of the legitimate accounts,
but I may have missed one or two. Please just re-register, and all
will be good.
