[Steppes] Project planning meeting this Thursday 7/7

[Baron of the Steppes]

One of the important things that came out of business meeting this evening
was a push by the populace to get moving on the many projects that the
barony needs to accomplish, including painting the new pavilion, building
new poles and ropes, constructing new direction signs, among many other
things. The list of projects we the Barony need to complete is long, and the
Barony indicated that there is no better time than the present to get
started.

Therefore, I am hosting a meeting on Thursday at my home:

July 7, 2011 - 7:30 - 9:30pm

Dallas, TX 75287

Please note that we are not actually going to work on any projects at this
meeting. The goals of this meeting will be to list out the projects,
prioritize them, assign deadlines, and come up with task lists and required
materials for the next meeting and/or work days.
