[Steppes] Fighter practice tomorrow

[Baron of the Steppes]

Their Majesties and Highnesses, as well as many travelers to our lands have
prompted us to move up the time of our practice to 12:30pm. There will be
both armored and rapier fighting going on.

The practice is at the same location, Oak Creek Park inCarrollton. A map is
available on the Steppes website.
