[Steppes] Populace for August!!

Hear ye! Hear ye!! Whilst the calendar in the Steppes shows populace to be on August 6th this month, after some discussion with Their Excellencies and Lady Katerina, we have decided to host it at our home (Lasguaard and Lyneya) on Friday, August 3rd!!!
We will have the grill fired up, so bring whatever you would like to grill along with an appetizer, side dish, or dessert. We will have a few soft drinks available, but if you have anything special you would like, bring it as well.
The pool will be available, but we do have some caveats. Our home is simply not set up for small children. We respectfully request that any children below the age of 8 not attend. We have pets that simply will not handle the stress of small children and with the pool...it's simply too stressful for us, as well. We have discussed this at length with Their Excellencies and the Seneschal and they have expressed their consent for this restriction. I apologize if this puts a kink in some people's plans, but after having had previous issues with small children in our home, we feel that these restrictions are necessary.
We do not have lifeguards or flotation devices for non or poor swimmers. There are a couple of pool floats and/or noodles, but non-swimmers who wish to use the pool are encouraged to bring a life jacket or some other personal floatation device.
