[Steppes] Seneschal Office

[Central Seneschal]

I am very happy to announce that the new Seneschal of the Steppes will be
Master Richard Fairbourne (m/k/a Richard Nolen Dale).  Master Richard comes
on board with a wealth of officer, event and service experience and I am
very confident that he will be an asset to the Barony.  His transition into
office begins now and it is anticipated he will assume the office at the
December Business Meeting.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Katerina O'Cyry for her time in
office,  It's not an easy job, but she handled the curveballs thrown her
way with aplomb.  Congratulations on a job well done and best wishes on
your "retirement"!
