[Steppes] Reminder - Newsletter article deadlines November and December

Good afternoon

I just wanted to send out a reminder that the deadline for articles for The
Steppes Letter is the 25th of the month.  Since Christmas is on the 25th I
want to make the December deadline the 20th of the month. These will
be hard deadlines so that I can get the newsletter out before the first of
the month.
