[Steppes] Load in/out and decorating for Steppes 12th Night

Steppes 12th Night is upon us and we have final details to take care of.

We will be loading out the locker and decorating the hall Friday night.
Load out is at 6:00 pm.  I need one or two more volunteers to help with
load out.
Unloading the truck and decorating the hall will be at 7:30 at the UU
church at Oak Cliff.  We will be unloading tables and chairs and doing
decorations.  As much help as we can get will be greatly appreciated.

Load in will be at the locker on Sunday at 1 pm.  If you are planning on
going to fighter practice anyway, we could really use help putting things
back away.
