[Steppes] Populace meeting July 8th

[Seneschal of the Steppes]

This populace meeting is a little special as this meeting will take place
at the Carrollton Public Library at Josey Lane and Hebron Parkway. The
address is 4220 North Josey Lane Carrollton Texas 75010. The room that is
reserved is for 60 people and will have plenty of chairs and tables. Their
excellencies will be holding a small court and will be in garb. All those
that can attend in garb would be welcome, but it is not required. Come and
enjoy this new format for populace.
