[Steppes] Stepppes Artisan

Ahem.
It was kindly pointed out to me that Steppes Artisan is, in fact, being held in lovely Cedar Hills, rather than Oak Cliff. This is, of course, true.  It is, in fact, being held here:
First United Methodist Church of Cedar Hill 
128 North Roberts Road 
Cedar Hill, TX 75104

So, please, at 7:30 pm tomorrow in lovely Cedar Hills, if you can lend a hand with hall setup, it would be very much appreciated.

Load out is going to be at 5:30 pm, at the storage unit in Carrollton. (Address to follow presently.) Ronan of Kyngescreke has a truck big enough to take the six tables and the throne and the kitchen things (so not very much needed). If extra hands can be there to help him load the truck, that would be excellent. 

The idea is that the local Carrollton folks can help on that end.

Setup of the site is at 7:30 pm, in Oak Cliff. Those who would like to help with setup, and who live in that area, are asked to assist with that task.

Load in to the storage unit on Saturday is targeted for 8:30 pm. Lady Gabriele, who lives in Carrollton, will be spearheading the load in coordination. She will need a volunteer with a vehicle large enough to hold six of the Steppes tables, and assistance in loading them and the other items back into the storage unit. Packing up will occur throughout the day, as items are no longer needed. 


The hope is to make the process as geographically convenient as possible. Many hands make light, and quick work!
