[Steppes] Officer Applications

[Central Seneschal]

This is just a brief reminder that any applications for officer positions
within the Barony must be sent to the Central Regional officer over that
office (or the Kingdom Officer's designee if there is no regional for the
office), with copies to the Baroness and the Steppes Seneschal.
Applications not sent to the Region (or other designee) are incomplete and
will not be considered when the decision is being made to fill the office.
The decision to fill a vacancy is within the scope of duties of the
Regional officer, in consultation with the Baroness and the Steppes
Seneschal.
