Greetings fellows of the Steppes!

I am STILL looking for volunteers to assist in many different ways! Please
reply with which positions you would like to help with and (for certain
positions) what time you can help!

*Set up *– Help put up decorations, some tables and chairs, etc. making
sure our site is ready for our guests.

*Clean up *– Help do the opposite! At the end of the day, take down
decorations, put away tables and chairs, clean bathrooms, kitchen etc. to
make sure we leave the site cleaner than when we got it.

Site herald - Do you have a loud voice? A need to tell people where to go
and what to do? We need a couple of folks who can broadcast messages
through the hall so that no one misses Eisteddfod or Feast or Dancing or
COURT! *Please see Lord Dragos at the event!*

Entertainment – We need folks who are interested in singing, dancing or
acting to perform throughout the day. You can join the Eisteddfod or just
stroll among the wonderful folk of Ansteorra entertaining who you like when
you like. Please contact Llwellyn if you would like to participate in the
instrumental group or choir. Or Challe Thorness Carter if you want to
"shake a leg" at European Dancing.

Gate – We need people to assist Johanna Jakobsdottir man the gates! Folks
who don't mind paperwork and taking money should apply to her to help out.
We are also adding a seating chart as part of the process. That way, you
are assured of a spot during feast!

Load out/Load in - We need bodies to help load and unload stuff from the
shed. There will be much stuff but many hands make light work!

WE WILL BE DOING A LOAD OUT ON *FRIDAY, JANUARY 6TH AT 6:30 PM.*

WE WILL BE DOING A LOAD IN ON *SATURDAY, JANUARY 7TH - AFTER THE EVENT
(LATE)!*

Please think of how you can make this Steppes event successful and choose
one of these activities to help us!
