[Steppes] Rapier practice moving to Tietze park for July 5

As I can’t confirm access to the school building, Steppes rapier practice will move back to Tietze park in east Dallas beginning at 7:00 on Tuesday, July 5. I will continue to try to move us back into the air-conditioned space and will announce when and if I’m successful.
