[Steppes] Warlord 2018

[Seneschal of the Steppes]

Just a reminder that we need everyone who is submitting a bid for Warlord
2018  to have that in by December 13 so that the financial committee can
have time to review it before the meeting on December14.  The original
deadline was December 1, but some felt they could use a bit of extra time
to firm things up.

If you would like to be the autocrat, but feel that you would like a mentor
to co-autocrat with you, go ahead and submit your bid and let us know
that.  Their Excellencies and I are willing to help in this endevour.
