[Steppes] Officers articles due and publishing delay

Greetings steppes,

I know is Holiday season, but I still need the officers articles for the
Steppes letter, please send them ASAP,

Also, I've caught a nasty throat bug that has forced me into bed rest for
the last couple of days, so expect the December issue of the newsletter be
bit delayed, it will probably be out on the 3rd.
