[Steppes] Costume Contests at Twelfth Night Clarification

So, since the event is a little over a month away, here's more on the
costume contests at Twelfth Night this year. (well, next year in mundane
calendar)
There are two costume competitions. The first one is the same one we've done
for years, a solo contest involving an individual with the same costume
standards as before at past Twelfth Night events.
The group costume contest is a separate event, involving up to 8 people, and
at least two persons wearing the costumery. Members may be anything someone
wears on their person in period, so jewelers, armorers, cobblers, and all
other specialists can be a part of the group. To reiterate, not all members
of the team need appear, just their creations.
