[Steppes] Rapier Practice Cancelled -- again!

I like waving a 42 inch lightening rod in a thunderstorm as much as the next guy. The next guy says he doesn’t like it at all. Since the chance of thunderstorms for tomorrow afternoon and evening seems to be ranging between 50% and 80% I am, once again, cancelling rapier practice. Take the time to prepare for war.
