[Steppes] Rapier practice for 8/27 is a go!

After two weeks, we finally caught a break in terms of temperature.
Tonight's weather will be reasonable, and just in time for that last bit of
rapier practice prior to Braggard's. I'll be bringing the rapier targets
for those of you who want to get use to them before the event.

See you this evening (7pm) at Heights Park in Richardson.
