[Steppes] March 2019 A&S

Good Morning fellow Steppers!

We have a unique opportunity - Megan Paget has offered to do a class on
Pysanky Eggs in March for A&S. She has offered two versions: A history of
the art, and a brief demonstration  OR a full blown class where the
attendees take home a created egg. The latter requires a commitment so that
we get enough of the necessary tools.

A&S in March occurs *during* Gulf War. We can change the A&S date to
accommodate this if necessary, but need a heads up for that. Or we can go
along with the planned date and have the class.

It is really important that we plan this one so email
