[Steppes] 6:30 Start for Fighter Practice

A reminder to all that this evening's fighter practice will begin at 6:30
pm at Heights Park in Richardson. With an earlier start time, we should be
able to get at least a good two hours of practice in.

This time change will likely hold until Daylight Savings Time ends.
