[Steppes] Jan. 21 Rapier Practice Cancelled

[Rapier Marshal]

Long range forecast shows temperatures in the mid-40s (dropping to the low
40s accounting for wind chill) with a minor chance for rain near the end of
the practice.

Based on these conditions, Steppes rapier practice for the evening of
January 21st is cancelled.

Stay warm and dry, folks. Here’s hoping for more favorable conditions next
week.
