[Steppes] Kneeling bench bids

[Exchequer of the Steppes]

  Calling all artisans and craftsmen.  Their Oaken Excellences would like
to commission two kneeling benches (preferably designed in principal much
to a garden kneeler), made to enhance accessibility of the populace in
kneeling or sitting in front them.   If interested please submit your bid
to the exchequer. Please include in your bid budget, estimated time of
completion and design.
All bids are due by April 30th.
