To be clear:

We have dance class on Tuesday every week. We figured officers and folks who actually have 
business and need to be at business meeting can miss dance class once a month, if necessary. 

Regular populace members can go to Populace. . .which is generally on a Friday, and can make 
dance every Tuesday if they want.
