At the request of Honourable Lord William Blackdragon (Wil Ironwyrm), the location for Steppes Populace has been changed.  He has suffered some minor injuries and does not feel able to prepare for or host the meeting.
Populace will be held at the home of HL Jacque and HL Francesca.  The address is 1130 N. Cottonwood Dr, Richardson, Texas, 75080.  Please attend for an evening of comaradarie and 'pot luck' food.
