I realize that many of you are computer savvy, but I am not. If after 
reading the website and still not understanding it I ask for help 
from the officers and leaders of Steppes I do not need to be 
bombarded with the same information. Telling me to go to the time 
line like I was a little child doesn't help. One of the problems with 
the Steppes is that its one to one contacts have been cold. People 
who have left the Steppes have stated that it is hard to get 
information and they have felt put down. I thank the two ladies who 
replied to me in a nice manner. Kindness and courtesy need to be 
encouraged if we are to start growing again. Human contact must be 
encouraged not red tape and bureaucratic rhetoric.
