[Tempio] correction and apologies

I mistakenly addressed the Shire of Tempio as Middleford - my apologies.    The letter was meant for the Shire of Tempio and I will still be there on the 13th of November.  Thanks to Wulfgar for bringing it to my attention.
 
I'm just a little bit blond on  good days as opposed to being a whole lot blond on  bad days.
