[Tempio] Tempio Officers and Financial Committee Meeting

Greetings--
 
I would just like to remind everyone that this final financial committee
meeting is to clear up final details and to turn in any remaining receipts
for expenses approved in the 2005 budget.  There should be  NO NEW
EXPENDITURES APPROVED at this meeting-- anything new MUST BE APPROVED BY THE
NEW FINANCIAL COMMITTEE.
 
If there are any questions during the meeting please feel free to contact
me--my information is in the Blackstar.
 
In addition I will be at the Equestrian College on Saturday to meet with
both groups as to the joining of budgets, financial policies, and other
day-to-day issues.

Connor Ivorson Sends Greetings to the Officers and Financial Committee
Members of the Shire of Tempio.

The SCA Board of Directors is meeting this weekend and the Tempio / Tir
Medoin merger is on the agenda.  All expect to hear that the merger has been
approved.  I have been told that we should know by Monday.  I have been
instructed to request refunds for paid rentals (PO Box, Gober Party House,
etc.) as soon as we know the merger is approved to begin closing out the
Shire of Tempio's finances.

Lady Isobail, the Southern Regional Exchequer, will be at the Bryn Gwlad /
Tir Medoin Equestrian College the following weekend to discuss the Financial
aspects of the merger.  I was told to bring all of the Shire of Tempio
Exchequer's records.  I may be handing them over at that time or I may be
retaining them until such time that all financial matters have been closed.
I will find out at that meeting.

Based upon these events, our Seneschal, Lady Rowanna (who's email has become
problematic), has asked me to post a notice that there will be a Shire of
Tempio Officers and Financial Committee Meeting on Tuesday, April 19, at 7
PM.  This may be Officers' last chance to get paid for budgeted Office
expenses -- receipts are required for payment of budgeted expenses.

I will be hosting this meeting in my Home Office.  My address is 3502
Buffalo Trail (in Western Hills).  The office is my back yard.  My office
phone number is 778-3594 if you need directions.
