Hi all, below is the schedule for the event...as HE Meghann announced, there will be Youth Fighting TBA by Sir Randall.

  2:00 pm    Site setup
   
  5:00 pm    Gate opens
   
  Saturday:
   
  7:30 am    Wake up
   
  9:00 am    Armor Inspection Begins
                  A&S Open for Entries
   
  11:00 am  Tournament Begins
   
  4:00 pm    A&S Closed - pick up entries
                  Deadline for turning in Points for Tally
                  Deadline for Ladies Gallery turn in votes for Gawain
   
  5:00 pm    Court          
   
  6:00 pm    Potluck Open, Cooking and Feasting!!!  Permission  
  to             from site to have Fire in designated firepit for storytelling and socializing.
