[Tir-Medoin] Schedule for Quest for the Round Table.

Here's the schedule for everybody....there will be a schedule at gate as well...Please note that this is subject to change.
   
  FRIDAY:
   
  NOON:  SITE SETUP  (most of us will be out there earlier, but hey, I was making a schedule, might as well put an official time down.)
   
  6:00 pm:  GATE OPENS and is ready for business (don't forget to sign up for it!)
   
   
  SATURDAY:
   
  8:00 am:  RISE AND SHINE! (gate opens at 7am)
   
  10:00am: ARMOR INSPECTION OPENS and A&S OPEN FOR ENTRIES
   
  11:00 am: TOURNAMENT BEGINS 
   
  NOON:  A&S JUDGING PROCEEDS 
   
  1:00 pm:  BREWING DISPLAY OPEN FOR ENTRIES.
   
  2:00 pm:  BREWING DISPLAY JUDGING BEGINS (judges over 21 may apply at event)
   
  3:00 pm:  BREWING JUDGING CLOSED
   
  4:00 pm:  A&S CLOSED, pick up entries
   
  5:00 pm:  EVENING COURT, presenting of prizes...
   
  6:00 pm  POTLUCK SETUP and eating...
   
  SUNDAY:
   
  8:00 am:  SITE CLEAN UP 
   
  12:00 pm:  Site Closes and Populace Meeting
   
  2:00 pm: Shire has to be off site...
