Hey everyone,

At populace I know we were thinking about what time we can all start coming out and setting up on Friday Nov 14 for Queen's.

Anna just told me that we can come out as early as we want to on Friday morning.  She will be coming in the afternoon, morning if she can.  Gate needs to be setup and running at six when site opens. I know most of us plan on being out there in the a.m. 

Debbie, I'm sorry that I didn't email you but if you want to come out and help, you can help us with the breakfast and lunch tavern if you want to.

That leads me to, the inevitable plea as head gate:  PLEASE SIGN UP TO WORK GATE!  I know a couple of people have already offered to, I thought I'd post the times we need shifts.

Two people MUST be at gate at all times: paper person and money person.  Please email me and let me know which shifts you want.

Friday:

6 pm to 8 pm:
