Greetings, everyone
First, I won't be going.  Pain in elbow is severe.  Read on.
Just got news back from my VA appt on Monday that I have developed moderate inflammation of arthrits in my right elbow.  This is what has been giving me pain when I throw shots.  I have three choices to deal with this: 1) Fight until it hurts, 2) Stop fighting, 3) become a left hander.
I choose 3.  Therefore, I will have to re-hang my shield, and I will probably incorporate my hammer into this switch.  There doesn't seem to be any way to solve the issue in the right elbow. I think I can support the shield when my arm is perpendicular to the ground.  I can't even support 6 dishes in this arm when at 90 degrees right now.  It's not good.
Be patient as I learn to fight from this side.  Thanks.
