i cant make the meeting for 14 november. that is the date for the scottish clan gathering in salado. as far as what im able to help with, i will be available friday and saturday of the event but i work sundays so i will not be able to help tear down. i have some knowledge of archery and would be willing to play the part of archery marshall, however i am not a paid member of SCA, inc. and do not hold the office. i would be happy to help but will let someone with authority make that call. as far as anything else, you kow i am available and all you need to do is call.

Greetings All ~

We have received our confirmation for our event date, and it is now on the official calendar as February 26-28, at Apache Pass.

Mungentuya (Mungie) will be Autocratting the event, along with Duchess Julia - both who are on this list.

Please direct any questions you may have directly on this list to them.  Alexander and I feel it is the best way to make sure all parties involved see the email.  (Some of us are having email issues....)  This way, if one person isn't receiving the email, another one of us can handle the question in a timely manner if it is put on this list.

We are in a time crunch to get this event planned and advertised, especially with the holiday season upcoming.  Alexander is working long hours and so as Deputy Seneschal, I will be assisting with this event in an effort to expediate decisions made.

We have tentatively set another planning meeting this Saturday, November 14, but we are not sure if that date will work for all the parties that need to be here.  Please stay tuned for more details.

Here is a list of responsibilities that need to be coordinated, please take a look and see if there is an area which you feel you could help the group.

Duchess Julia has stepped up to help mentor members of the group for this event.  She will be helping us plan and advertise this event in order to get a better turn-out....and lets face it...she is GOOD at what she does.  So please feel free to contact her on this list if you want to help, but aren't sure what to do.  She will be happy to help you.

Here is the list, due to the tie crunch - please respond quickly to cover these areas so we can form a planning meeting with these individuals:

Event Steward - Mungentuya
Deputy Steward - Duchess Julia de Montoya
Site Liasion - Meghann der Krieger & Alexander
Black Star Ads - Duchess Julia de Montorya
Gate Handouts - Meghann der Krieger

Chiurgeon-in-Charge - Isabelot deForens
Event Exchequer - Thomas McNevin
Arts & Sciences Display - Tressa de Crauford
Prize Banners - Alexander
Prize Scrolls - Lady Sara di Rimini
Website - Connor Ivorson
Theme Research - Randall der Krieger

Here are the areas we will still need a volunteer:

 Waterbearing
Target Archery MiC
Youth Quest
Heraldic Coordinator
Merchant Coordinator

Chivalric MiC - (Should be Caedmon if he is willing w/ Randall)

Please let us know asap if you are willing.....

Meghann, Deputy Seneschal
