[Tir-Medoin] Moderation problems

For some reason the Tir Medoin list is holding some members posts for approval, 
randomly and erroneously.  I can't figure out why, and until I can get a hold of 
someone who can, I will monitor the authorization of messages very closely to 
make sure that everyones messages are getting approved and through to posting.  
I apologize for not seeing this happening sooner and I'm sorry for any problems 
this has caused.
