Many thanks to The Great Pug for repairing our broken<br>
list so quickly! As you can see, the list has been<br>
appropriately renamed, and in the process of the<br>
switch there was a typo of some sort that shut us down<br>
for a short while. But obviously, things are running<br>
properly again. Should you run into any further<br>

In other news, I'm in the process of updating and<br>
overhauling the Shire web site. Yay! A big thank you<br>
to Clay for his past efforts! I'll be sticking with<br>
Clays design for the most part, makeing the necessary<br>
updates and a few aesthetic changes of my own. The<br>

*IMPORTANT*<br>
You'll notice that the site is devoid of any personal<br>
information except my own. This is because of! a new<br>
policy. In order for an SCA website to display contact<br>
information of any of its participants, the scribe<br>
must first obtain written permission (e-mail is okay)<br>
that they are permitted to do so. So that means I am<br>
now asking everyone in the Shire who would like to be<br>
listed on the website as a member to please shoot me<br>
an e-mail, and let me know if I have permission to<br>
display anything more than just your Society name. <br>
This includes mundane name, e-mail address, phone<br>
number, address, dental records, DNA sample... <br>
whatever you want to share. :) So say exactly what<br>
you want to share (not just "my name", type your name<br>
out how you want it displayed), and say that you're<br>
giving permission to use it on the site, so that<br>
everything will be clear in my records.<br>
<br>
Note that shareing isnt mandatory for anyone! Even<br>
officers can maintain their privacy by getting an<br>
e-mail address on the Kingdom mail server.<br>
